Privacy by design

InfraFlow INF-GPN operates locally on the customer's computer. It does not use telemetry or analytics, does not make licensing or product internet requests, and does not automatically collect or transmit personal information.

Offline licensing

A Machine ID is generated locally from stable Windows device characteristics and is used only for licensing. Activation codes are verified locally using a public cryptographic key. The private signing key is not included with the product.

To purchase and activate a license, a customer voluntarily sends the displayed Machine ID to InfraFlow. Customer name, email, or purchase reference information may be supplied voluntarily during the commercial transaction and is not collected by the plug-in.

Drawings and project data

Project drawings, extracted network data, CSV files, settings, and reference documents remain on the user's computer unless the user chooses to share or move them. INF-GPN does not upload project drawings.

Local storage

INF-GPN stores encrypted trial and activation state locally so the trial survives restarts and reinstalls, and to detect practical clock rollback. This data contains licensing timestamps, the signed activation code, and schema information. It is protected for the current Windows user.

Third parties and sharing

InfraFlow does not sell or share drawings, project data, Machine IDs, licensing information, or personal information for advertising or analytics. Voluntary licensing, purchase, or support communications may be processed by the email or payment service selected for that transaction. Any service provider engaged by InfraFlow is required to use the information only to provide the requested service and to protect it in a manner consistent with this policy and applicable law.

Retention and deletion

Encrypted trial and activation data remains on the user's device while needed to operate and enforce the license and may survive reinstallation by design. Information voluntarily provided for licensing, purchasing, or support is retained only while needed to administer the license, provide support, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. It is then securely deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

Your choices and privacy requests

Users may decline to send a Machine ID, but commercial activation cannot be issued without it. A user may request access to, correction of, or deletion of voluntarily supplied personal information, or withdraw consent for future processing, by contacting InfraFlow at the address below. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal and transaction-record requirements. Support can also provide instructions for removing local product data; deleting local data does not reset a trial or bypass license terms.

Security

InfraFlow applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect licensing and support information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.
